This page describes how to make an appointment, how to make a payment, and how to do a (free and voluntary) follow-up after your basic or intermediate analysis is complete.

Step One : Arrange an Appointment
The best and fastest way to schedule an appointment with me is to do the following:
Login to the public access secure section of this website.
(You will be given a temporary username and password on the login page.) Fill out the form that is appropriate for you. (i.e.: Request an analysis in-person, by telephone or web-conference/VOIP.) After you've filled out the form, wait for me to contact you. I will e-mail you at the address you put on the form within 24 hours (unless I'm away traveling, which you can find out on the
news page) so please double-check that you did not make a typing error in the e-mail address field on your form.
If you do not want to fill out any forms online, that is fine, in this case,
contact me by telephone to schedule an appointment (at which time I will verbally collect the preliminary information from you that my secure online form would have collected).
Step Two : Make a Payment
If your appointment will be by telephone or web-conference/VOIP,
make a payment at least one day before our scheduled session. If your appointment will be in-person, you may wait to hand me cash in-person or you may pay ahead of time by any of the means listed in the
payment center.
Step Three : Follow-up
At the end of our first discussion, I will give you your case number and password, which you will need to login to the
private client secure area which is where we will conduct our follow-up after the basic analysis is complete. At the end of our first three hours of discussion, which completes a basic analysis, I will explain to you the purpose of a post-analysis follow-up. I will encourage you to make time to do it not only because it's free, but because it helps to solidify the analysis results in your mind, ask me questions that you did not think of during our discussion, ask me to repeat something to you that you did not quite grasp during our discussion, let me know if you're interested in being a case-study for my master's thesis book, etc. The follow-up is free when it is done through the secure section, which is the easiest way for me to do it; otherwise it is $100 per hour if done by telephone or web-conference/VOIP.
